On 2/20/16 I took my car in to have the oil changed. When drying off my car I noticed two small dings/chips along the front hood, it looked as if the chips had been hastily touched up. I called the dealership service manager and he said he would look into it. As he promised he called me back and he explained to me that the person that had worked on my car was no longer with the company and he would repair the damage to my car at no cost. Better than outstanding buying experience! Our salesman was very knowledgable of the different vehicles. The sales manager was helpful when needed, but not intrusive. The amount they gave on my trade-in was fair the first time. (Usually I've been insulated with a low-ball number.) I needed to bring my vehicle back for a couple of things to be done. Not only was I provided with a loaner car, but they literally told me I could have my pick of any of the vehicles on the used lot, including the Hummer! (I chose the Avalanche).
