I set an appointment over the phone for a recall and decided to have the oil changed while it was there. I had my wife follow me in due to a 4-5 hour service time frame. When I showed up, they told me they couldn't perform the recall service due to mileage on the truck, which was confirmed while setting the appointment and giving them the mileage when I called to set it up. Wasted my time and gas.
