This car dealer is non-professional and in my case they are acting like scammers. I took my car to fix in January 2024 the next day they told me it was ready to pick ***** they charged me $2,800 and they didn't give me my car until after I paid. Well, it turns out that they didn't fix it and they sent it back to the workshop. Since that time here, they haven't haunted my car and hung up my calls. This situation is very unfair! ?? help please!
I took my car here numerous times for the same issue while it was still under warranty and my car still has yet to be fixed. Now my car needs a new transmission and my warranty has expired. This is so unfair and frustrating that this dealership can do customer like this.
I purchased a certified used car from Puyallup Chevrolet Buick GMC on Saturday January 21, 2023. I was very pleased with the young man, ******, who helped me. He didnt give me the usual run around with having his manager approve everything, that when the paperwork was done, it was all approved at once. I recently had my Cruze in for service. They insisted that my radiator had no flow and I needed a new one, which would have cost over $1200 after tax. I took the car to a different dealership and they found absolutely nothing wrong with the radiator - nothing in the car was leaking, the radiator had flow, etc. Nothing was wrong.
