I had a lot of problems with this establishment in the beginning with my torque converter for my tahoe a lot of run around and bad service department but the new manager of this establishment has rectified a wrong . This gentleman went out his way to help me by rectify a wrong
Great experience got the vehicle we needed at the price we can afford. Mark Hunnicut was very quick, professional, and made sure all of our questions was takin care of.
Generally a good experience. Vehicles were a mixed bag regarding condition and pricing. While a particular vehicle might be priced aggressively, it would be in need of things like tires or other repair versus similar vehicles being sold elsewhere.
I have bought several new vehicles over the years and I have to say my experience with my salesman Donald has to be my best, He is very down to earth,helpful and friendly, he's an Asset to your dealership! Everyone here were great to work with. 👍
Potential Buyer Beware! Purchased a vehicle and had to work the deal through 2 sales people and the sales manager. Sales Manager agreed to match my pre-approval interest rate and finance manager did not provide written proof of the interest rate that I was signing nor provided a Truth in Lending disclosure form and found out 30 days later the interest rate they assigned was over 1% more which is taking advantage of someone with a 830 credit score.
