You had one on the lot and Shawna went to the Kelly Bluebook and printed out the value of our Suburban and subtracted it from the MSRP of the new one and said we would make a fair deal from these 2 values. After I started negotiating with them, they changed the price of the Yukon Denali over $5,000. They had my info, my trade-in VIN, and i had set up a time to pick the vehicle up once we reached the final deal because I was coming from out of state WONT BACK UP THEIR PRICING!!!
