Took my car in today for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be a few minutes and the driver would be back and could take us somewhere. We set in the waiting room as directed. After an hour and a half. I went to inquire bc I was just getting an oil change and tire rotation. I noted my car sitting in the parking lot. The man at the service desk now said he would go look and see how much longer. Also, when I commented I had been waiting bc we were told the driver would be back in a few.
