First of all, the truck is brand new so there is absolutely no reason for the vehicle to have problems. Second of all, oil and coolant DO NOT interact anywhere in the engine bay. GM blamed it on Mr.Lube for having filled the coolant compartment with engine oil. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM IN THE COOLANT TANK TO FILL IT WITH OIL, it's not even the same color. Ok...everyone hates taking their car in for a checkup. There is a banging sound or something is broken. It's the surprise at the end thats heartstopping! This is NOT the case here. I Was treated with respect and my service man was extremely helpful. My car was done fast. Yes the bill is a bit of a shocker but the way I see it, it is less than a new car! You will not be disappointed with this auto service.
