I cannot say enough good things about Christina in the service department. I purchased a used GMC Canyon from Carvana that had some hidden issues. The service department saw me the very next morning and was able to identify the issues pretty quickly. Christina has been a wonderful walking me through all of my options, jumping through hoops with the Carvana warranty and so accommodating with communicating with me through out my night shift schedule.
Great service and follow through. Full time RVer here needing regular maintenance on my diesel 3500 Sierra while traveling so finding a spot in an unknown area is always a bit intimidating. Appointment was easy to schedule and the attention to detail from the service advisor Jennifer Lee and the diesel tech sending videos of the inspection process and items that needed attention were spot on and truthful. This dealership was great to work with. They took the time to go through everything on my vehicle and ensure it was done right instead of rushing through the process and possibly missing things as others might do. The service manager, John, took the time to speak with me at length in his office about my truck in spite of being busy with people tugging at him all over the place.
