Brought my Chevy Sonic to Ontario Motor Sales for a coolant leak, and Garrett was great to deal with. He was nice, courteous, and very transparent in explaining the cause of the issue. The service itself was done well, but I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the high cost. A thermostat replacement ended up costing me around CAD 630, which felt steep. Overall, solid service and good staff, just wish the pricing was more reasonable.
Took my car in for service for brake lights. After receiving the car back my speakers on my one side did not work. I brought the car back in, they charged me $110 to 'diagnose' that my speakers didn't work (instead of fixing the issue they caused) and sent me on my way. They now want to charge me for a new speaker.
Go and see Tyrone for an upbeat, positive experience. Excellent customer service.
Tyrone sold me my first truck, was very helpful. Andrew was also very helpful in finance. I highly recommend this dealership.
