I had an oil change last Thurs and I noticed that the instructions were to refill the oil with 4.5 litres of 0W20 DEXOS Synthetic oil but it says that qty 5 of 5W30 DEXOS was used instead. Both the user manual and the oil filler cap indicates that 0W20 is to be used. I sent an email to Garrett McGee who was our rep but go no reply Service order 2S113442 Customer number 2-154917.
The OMS body shop did an amazing job on my vehicle repair. Engelo, my point of contact throughout the process, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and provided realistic timeframes on what I could expect.
