Brutal. My mom is 83 years old. Lives alone, I’m 500km away. She’s having lock problems and remote start issues. First appointment is 18 days away. Very disappointing. I shouldn’t have recommended CrossTown to her. Won’t make that mistake again.
Overall the service was good. Leaving my truck overnight because they started late after dropping it off at 8 am was inconvenient. Got my truck the next day in the afternoon for a simple overhead console change and multipoint inspection.
