We purchased an extended warranty that included windshield coverage and were told the deductible would be reimbursed. It’s been since April, and all we’ve received are delays and unreturned calls. Someone said the check was mailed, but after five weeks, it still hasn’t arrived. This lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing.
Only scheduling service for cars they’ve sold. Booking four months in advance, for customers only, “if you’re lucky”. Won’t put a service job on the schedule if you didn’t buy the car from them. That is the weirdest thing I have ever heard from a dealership. They said “we’re all in the same boat“ so I called another dealer in Sudbury and they had me scheduled for 2 weeks out, pleasant, no hassle. So they’re not “all in the same boat“. I dont even know how to start.. I was fishing back country when somthing pulled or ripped or hit the deff tank harness plug and ripped it off. I limped to sudbury from the watershed on Saturday evening and waited 2 night in hotel to get to crosstown GM dealership. James Anderson service manager manages to get a tech out to scan truck, cant clear codes somthing fishy.... puts truck on hoist and finds a plug in wiring harness ripped off.
