Sales Manager Mr. little was unprofessional and very rude. Tried to tell me they don’t do holds and I have to pay $1K to hold a vehicle 24hrs just so I can drive the 2 hrs to get the vehicle I wanted. (Mind you, someone there already told my wife that the car can only be held for 24 hours and anything longer than that will require a deposit.
