They don't use lock tight on driveshaft bolts, incompetent jiffy lube techs in the service department. THEY ARE A SAFETY HAZARD
Jerry firstmend the SERVICE MANGER is a incompetent manger and a RISK TO YOUR SAFETY. Upon repair they did not use lock tight on my driveshaft bolt (the sealant that keeps the bolt from vibrating off) and openly admitted to such negligence because it was a "temporary fix." There is no such thing as a temporary fix for such a VITAL part of the car like the driveshaft. For full transparency they did the repair, not using the proper bolts because they were discontinued however they did so in the most INCOMPETENT WAY possible. T... read more
