I suggest you avoid this shop. They change their terms after finalizing the deal, and they made fun of my accent — very unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. My lawyer is handling the matter. I went to the Paramus dealership, where I received a better deal and was treated with much more respect. I was also approved immediately. Additionally, I plan to escalate this issue to Chevrolet’s manufacturer.
Unprofessional and unreliable! Agreed on a number, when I went to pick up the car, they said we could not get that car for you and you have to wait again, very rude and disrespectful! do not waste your time and money here, went to Paramus location and had a very smooth purchase.
