We had a great experience with our sales person, Rafael. Everyone was welcoming and easy to work with.
Just horrible service. Came on Thursday said I needed 4 new tires due to dry rot. Came back on Tuesday no one ordered the tires. Then they said I needed new lug nuts. They were not in stock. 3.5 hours waiting.
I can’t speak for the dealer showroom department but I will never take my car here for the service department ever again. The lack of communication is unmatched. I dealt with Steve and on both occasions he screwed something up. For my first visit he wrote up my service bill wrong and said I had to pay for a recall. Good thing Gene caught his error and told Steve to change it. For my second visit, my car was diagnosed as having a faulty OnStar telematics module.
