we looked at a car there...big mistake We had no idea that looking at a car could be such a mistake. We looked at the car, test drove one...next thing you know, we are bombarded with sales calls and find out that we would have a very hard time financing, as they ran our credit, several times on several different cars...they were not professional, at all.
Knowledge of Dodge Caravan The service department here is not very knowledgeable in the area of fixing under the hood. The van was not acting right and was told would need to buy a very expensive part.
