Getting an oil change at the moment. Jonathan and Shawn in Service are great. I was disappointed with the customer waiting area experience. The TV is locked onto niche car programming, and stupid clips of someone on a train ride in the UK. Ugh, this is making long service waits frustrating. When I brought this up and asked for basic local news or morning channels, I was told there is no way to request a channel change or even leave feedback.
