Never again. Put a down payment on a vehicle, and submitted the loan application. The vehicle was supposed to arrive from GM the end of the week beginning of the following. Every-time we asked the Sales fella a question, he didn’t know and had to ask his Sales Manager. So we were a little concerned regarding this process from the beginning.
