Worst experience ever at this place!!!!!!! They tried to put me in one vehicle only and when they found out I asked my bank questions about the dealings with getting it financed, they got very mad and said I was messing things up by asking my bank questions! They didn't even want to tell me the price of the vehicle they were trying to put me in! What a joke of a company!

Good luck getting a service appointment. Was on hold for 6 minutes at 10:30 this morning. Hung up, called back and the rep said "I have no one available right now, I can put you thru to voice mail". This has happened before. Apparently understaffed ... need a full time service scheduling person !

I want to say THANK YOU TO JOHN ALLEN for going above and beyond to get my car's recall fixed, they even found a leaking water pump and replaced that. He made sure I had another car to drive while mine was fixed and just taking care of me all the way around. I had my car back that evening and I'm very happy with the result. If you need service I highly recommend Mr. Allen, he will take care of you. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!! You have no idea how much I appreciate you!!!!!

We purchased 2 new vehicles from them this past year, over $100,000. The most recent a new 2014 Corvette in Feb. Returned it to them two months later with problems. TOLD they couldn't find any. Took to our local dealer, they replaced the clutch after having it a week and a half. Two days later took it back to the dealer. They still have had it . Its been a month now. Berglund Chevrolet has the worst customer service I've encountered. Called and scheduled an appointment (or so I thought) to see a car and it was sold when/shortly after I arrive. It was nice however of the salesman to call while I was driving there to give me a heads up this was going on even though he told them I was coming they wouldn't hold it 1 hour.
