I bought a 2012 chevy cruze new from bergland. I have had nothing but problems from the service center. I took my cruze for its first oil change and they didn't even change it, just topped the oil off, and I had to wait 3 hours for that. I went back to fix a sensor and they crossed the wires so now the tire pressure readings are on the wrong tires and it took 6 hours for them to figure that out. Brought my 2007 Chev Avalanche in for state inspection, Timothy Swaim rejected for left front tire and brake pads & rotors. Took vehicle to another state inspection center, we replaced left front tire and was told there was nothing wrong with the rotors or brake pads, please share why Berglund would try to charge me over $800 to replace rotors & brake pads when they are clearly not damaged and were passed at another inspection station??????
Started working at Berglund in 1985 and continue to because they provide the best customer service by far. They genuinely care. Quality vehicles and great service before and after the sale! Give me a call and I promise you won't be disappointed!
