Texted a good friend of mine on Wednesday morning and told her I was going to come by around noon today. Tammy Williams VandeLinde texted me right back and said please do! Got there around noon, received a trade value on a new car I disliked . Found just what I wanted and drove it home at 4 pm. Smile on my face. Service all around was great. They are first class - very professional. This is the 2nd new vehicle that I have bought from Berglund and both experiences were great.
Very slow when you need service repair! Been waiting over an hour for a oil change and tire rotation and I had an appointment. Here it is a year later for another oil change and things haven’t changed. Been here for over an hour and a half and still waiting. Unbelievable! Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t do them in a timely manner!
Great experience this week buying our new Malibu! Our family has gotten numerous Chevys from Berglund over the years, and we have always been treated well. We shop around for the best deal on a new car, and we always come back to Berglund. Clifton Paige has been our salesman the last 2 times, and we enjoy working with him. He is knowledgeable, has a great personality, and is just an all-round great guy!
Went there to get an inspection and they try to charge me 75 dollars for wipperblades, Didn't get them So they didn't pass me, Also they broke an solar power thing that belongs to my daughter, WORST SERVICE EVER!!
