First time buying a car and went here to find one. In the beginning it was a great experience until they let me leave the lot with a car I had enjoyed, just for them to come and take it from me a week later while I was at work and was left stranded... Great car buying experience. Everyone was very professional and friendly including our sales rep Doug. We forgot to bring the title for the car we were trading in, and Doug went out of his way to come to Chatham VA and pick up the title the following day! Will definitely be coming back to purchase in the future.
