Jack Ellis is a dishonest scam artist. He had my 4Runner for nearly two months to fix a scrape along the passenger side of my car. I had a rental car (my insurance company paid for the better part of 3.5 weeks). Continually lied to me about the work being done. When I finally picked my car up, after hiring an attorney, the work was incomplete, and he didn’t even bother to order a new mirror. He left black goop all over the back hatch of my 4Runner.
