Cancelled my appointment. Never gave me a refund, then blocked me.
The ambiance is everything but the quality of service is honestly subpar. I got a Wednesday silk press special with a trim added and an additional $20 for thick, long hair, totaling to $130 which is not a problem for me. My appointment started at 12, but I did not get helped until close to 1pm. Although that is an extremely long wait, I’m still okay with it because it does say in the booking confirmation that wait times vary. Service is always a 10/10! Moné the owner is extremely sweet and informative when it comes to the health of your hair. Every stylist in the salon is professional and does amazing work!
10/10. I got a silk press service with protein treatment by Taslin and she was very professional, gentle, and timely. She did an amazing job with my hair. Mone and all the staff here were wonderful. The salon is very clean, comfortable, and smells great! Would recommend/return.
I’ve been coming here since I moved to Houston two years ago and my hair is the healthiest and longest it’s ever been!! The first picture is when I first came and the second is my hair now. Mone’ and the rest of the stylists here are the best and are good at what they do!!
