I just moved in to one of Their properties and I do have to say they was super helpful with the whole process. When I moved to the area, CPM were the quickest to respond to help me find a home to rent. Friendly staff and very helpful compared to other leasing agencies I’ve tried to reach out to in the Columbia area. They showed us homes within the short time line I had to find a place. Quick communication anytime I’ve reached out with the many questions I’ve had.
