I chose Dr. Chen based on her reviews for Botox for migraines as I am new to the area. Her reviews were spot on!! She is fantastic, personable, gentle, willing to discuss options, and funny. She is always very patient with me when I need to take a break from injections to regroup. I find the procedure a bit painful but she will take a break, sometimes it’s 2 injections then we need to wait a minute, but she is always patient. You could do no better.
Kudos to Dr Chen’s staff! Renee is a super star and made such a positive difference in my health care because she cared! 😊 I won’t explain the situation here because it is quite long with a lot of moving parts. Bottom line is that Renee implemented the perfect plan to ensure my medical needs were not only met but exceeded. The care I received was exceptional because of Renee’s compassion and her determination to “make it happen.” Many many thanks to everyone who helped in this situation! ❤️
I have been there more then once and do not feel they are very professional.
I moved to Hagerstown recently and needed a neurologist closer to me. I called to set an appt with Dr. Chen - I have frequent Migraines. I checked to make sure they took my insurance - they did. The office wouldn't schedule me until I transferred my records. My previous neurologist's staff asked that the new doctor request my records by fax.
