Had an appointment at 5pm to look at a car, got there at 5 and the guy tells us the car is gone over night for a "test drive". Why set appointments when the car isnt even going to be there? Unprofessional.

The owner Betty is a very wonderful car dealer I bought my van a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Limited addition from her in 2015 with only 150k. I am pleased to say that now in 2019 it is still running strong and I haven't had any major problems with the vehicle. I've gone everywhere in the van and we now incurred 196,000 miles. I was so pleased with this result that I ended up going back to her for my second car and ended up getting a 2015 Honda Accord Sport with only 99,000 miles on it. I came to Chetstarts very discouraged and frustrated and ready to give up on purchasing a new vehicle. But Betty was GREAT!!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped get me approved the same day for the car I wanted(even with my not so perfect credit) I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a be car.
