They're really friendly, cost efficient and they explain to you what's happening and what they're doing. They also have an amazing clock collection.
Chet’s has always been good to us. We had them replace a couple headlights on a Chrysler 200, something that most people could do by themselves, well not so fast on the 200. You have to take the wheels off to get to the headlight access panel in the wheel well. Long story shorter, one of the headlights came dislodged, took it back to Chet’s and they took care of us with that having just being done. Thanks to the team over there, they have been wonderful and fully truthful with us.
They are very helpful and welcoming. They direct you to other places even if they cannot help you themselves.
These guys diagnosed a vehicle with no check engine light. They didn't stop until the job was finished and saved me over 1000 dollars over what we thought was the original problem. If your not going here, your getting ripped off.. honest, hard working, fair, and reasonably priced. My go-to mechanics from now on!
I’ll continue being a loyal customer to Chet’s! Throughout the years I’ve taken my dear vehicle here for care, I find they do honest jobs and are genuine people. As a woman I have not felt disrespected like other reviewers have unfortunately felt. Also the lobby is a step back in time which I appreciate!
