I was on the north side of town when I hit a bolt with my tire and needed a repair. I went to Chet's, they got me in right away and fixed the problem. The pricing was really fair and the service was top notch. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

7/17/2025 I have to change my 5 star review to 1 star because even though up until recently every review has been very positive, I can't recommend Chet's until they work out a contingency plan for staff shortages. Whether it's in the back or front, there's only so much you can do with too much work and not enough help. I'd suggest more team work if possible, with anyone able to help out front pitching in to keep customers updated. And offer a rescheduling option when a mechanic calls in sick that day. Simply put, Chets is da best! So glad my boyfriend convinced me to move on from chain places. Best customer service, communication, awesome crew there. Love what y'all do!!
Chet's is great. I've been taking my car there for several years, and I feel like they're fair, honest, and offer reasonable prices. I also really appreciate that they they provide a shuttle service!
