I have very little knowledge of cars, and have had many experiences with mechanics taking advantage of that. I’m new to Pataskala and my car was making a horrible noise. Steve made time to look at my car when they were very busy and he certainly (reasonably) could have turned me away. When I took it in for the repair, Steve went above and beyond identifying a tricky issue. He spent extra time and care making sure my car was fixed completely and safe to drive.
