I have been a patient of Dr. Reed's for many years, and I followed her to Chetco Medical. I was not prepared for the professional but so friendly staff and the up-to-date services I was able to receive here. I'm so happy that she moved, and that I came here too!
I see Cassandra Hollifield, a physician assistant at this practice and I am so pleased with her level of care! She is thorough and caring. She listens and never talks down to me. I feel very supported, like I have a real partner in my healthcare decisions. I highly recommend her and this entire practice. 10/10
The most disorganized medical office staff I have ever dealt with. No matter their task, whatever it is, you can count on their performance to be lackluster at best. No matter how many times i attempt to resolve issues nothing changes and they repeat their blunders showing inefficiency
I love this place. They are very professional and knowledgeable but they treat you like family. Their care is unmatched and I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Patel not only listens intently but practices with a holistic approach, which I greatly appreciate. Autumn, at Bellezza, is exceptional at what she does, and the rest of the staff is very helpful and friendly. I feel so fortunate to be a part of Chetco Medical and I will continue to have them take care of all my medical needs in the future.
I have never had such a thorough exam. I felt I was really listened to and understood. I must say I was surprised and extremely pleased with the visit.
