Bad Property manager/ unreliable. I have $31,000 dollars worth of damages to my property that Harry F. Harrell/ Chetch Properties property manger was supposed to that I was paying for his services, To have been managing my property/residence for me. (Rent was always late always made excuses for the tenants). Don't use Harry Franklin Harrell for your realtor or have him manage your property. If I could rate him very, very, very poor I would. But on here you have to at least put a rating down but Mr. Harell has no star from me... read more
