It was very nice experience with the women’s wellness MD. Dr. Osaki was really warm and kind. The office looks clean and inviting. Staffs were kind as well.
Had my first visit here and it couldn’t have been better! Super friendly staff, fast service, and such a comfortable experience. Highly recommend!
So far I am not happy. I went in for the first time over a week ago service on the day was good. But the follow up is TERRIBLE!!! I had to call them to get my labs and then I am asking them for even more follow-ups on prescriptions. There is no sense of urgency or getting patients the medications they need. Update - they are refusing to prescribe the medication I need. until i go to an follow up appointment which is unnecessary and leaving me without treatment for an additional 2 weeks. the staff will not allow me to talk to... read more
I would not recommend the Women’s Wellness Clinic in Columbia, Maryland. The front office service is absolutely terrible. I called three separate times last week asking for a simple message to be passed along to the doctor about switching my medication. Not once was my request relayed. Today, I called for the fourth time and the girl at the front desk had no memory of our conversations and said there was no record at all in my file of my previous calls or requests.
