I have no complaints about the care provided. I was called back immediately following completing my paperwork, and my visit lasted about 30 minutes. However, I’ve been going to a GYN for about 25 years, and this was the first time I was charged extra for my annual visit. Administratively, this office needs to improve. This is the first time I have had to reach out to my provider and question the billing codes used. Apparently, asking questions and getting guidance on previous health issues warrants a $78 charge. The doctor was good and the front desk service was good as well. Just waited a little too long in the patient room. But I was called back to see her on time.
