I had an extremely rare condition called Eagle syndrome. It affected my voice, breathing, and swallowing. My styloid process and stylohyoid ligament needed to be removed. Dr Nyack treated me as if my concerns weren't real and assured me nothing was there although it was in the imaging the whole time, he just never mentioned it. Thankfully I was finally able to get my surgery at Jefferson Hospital on April 19th. Dr Nayak and his team could not be more compassionate, caring, and attentive! We have been his patient for almost 2yrs, he clearly gives you full detail of every scope of care and lets you know of his teamwork approach for your diagnosis. Could not ask for a better physician. Yes, he is up front and honest but when you in need of someone with skills there is no sugar coating the truth.
