He is the absolute worst doctor i have every met! He has absolutely no bedside manner his staff are the most incompetent and careless people I ever dealt with. They could careless about the patient and more focused on what they have planned for the weekend. They lied to me for 2 months about approval for a procedure telling me it was my insurance. If I could rate this zero stars I would! I am writing this on behalf of my girlfriend who has been experiencing back pain! basically she has a bulging disc on her back that’s pressing up against a nerve that’s causing her severe pain! The first time around Dr. Anand was great and amazing! He solved her problem quickly about 2 years ago with a back injection! 2 years later her back gave out and she had to return to the hospital so we decided to rely on Dr Anand once again to help us! I really like Dr anand he's very thorough and a very good doctor but his office on the other hand is incompetent. They never return your phone calls I called for 5 days in a row last time I called for 7 days in a row then when they do call they say that so and so is going to follow up and he never does this is not the first time this is the third or fourth time they dropped the ball on me and I like him as a person I will no longer see his PA anymore.
