My fiancés grandmother used CK at Home when she resided in independent living. They stopped each morning and each evening to make sure she took her medications, supervised her taking her insulin, and helped her get dressed or undressed. She expressed that everyone was always so nice and helpful. We had peace of mind knowing there was someone checking in on her twice per day. If there ever was a concern, we received a phone call to alert us. Thankful to have had these services when we needed them.

I was always pleased with the professional ,caring and attentive staff from Chestnut Knoll at Home. Very easy to work with and always accessible and ready to help. Available one hour at a time and flexible with scheduling. I thank them for thier services.
I do not recommend. Neglected duties Lots of missing items Ask too many personal questions Unprofessional you want me to reach out to your director but in the aides notes it says the director was the one who gave permission to the aides to take my grandmother to the bank. then they woud come back in the evening and steal it out of her drawers. . it was the director wh osaid the aides could do that and you want me to call you? i dont think so i caled the police. in cohoots with my sister to undermine an elderly person., watch... read more
