Be sure to read a lease first. This place is TERRIBLE. They charge a $250 repaint fee. this is a SCAM and the only apartment that I've ever rented that had that mandatory in a lease.I can see paying for paint repairs if it is damaged. However, I don't smoke or do anything that would have damaged the paint. By the time I saw it in the lease it was too late as I had my belongings there and was starting work the next day.
