I gave it a 1 star because management abuses authority, snakes have taken over, they ignore repair request, and tenants face fines for lease violations. This place puts the property value before humanity. Many residents are disabled, elderly, and sick and management DOES NOT care. Laundry facilities are often locked when manager is not present. I highly suggest you talk to at least 2-3 residents before you even apply..

New manager Christina Addison has only been at our complex a short time, but I will say she is doing a great job for the tenants at keeping up to date notices and getting improvements done too our complex that has been in need of doing for some time now. Always shows interest in keeping a safe and clean place to live. Many thanks from an appreciative tenant.

I have tried on a daily basis to get ahold of a manager and have placed over 100 calls for a month now.. I'm just trying to inquire about a rental there. Good luck applying there.....I don't think management is doing their job .. At all ..
