Half decent place to live, definitely some of the cheapest rent you can find in Nampa. They don't do good with keeping the grounds clean or the trash out of your yard area. Also they let bushes over grow and the landscape gets nasty. You can call the office and say something but they'll never fix it unless you fill out some form online for maintenance. This place definitely needs to reprioritize their priorities and treat tenants like they deserve to live here and not like we are lucky to live here
