The building used to be managed very well, but recent changes have made this place a nightmare. Requests we've submitted in the building management app have gone without a response, there have been constant walk-throughs and inspections, and now that we've moved out the owners are trying to extort us for money. We lived here for almost 5 years and made every payment on time. Do not move in here!!! The NEW MANAGER is disgusting!! When we originally signed the lease we told that we would be buying a house at some point and that it wouldn’t be a problem to get out of the lease. We just moved...and actually didn’t sign a lease this year because we anticipated that we would be moving. We literally have no contract and no where in the contract does it state that it automatically renews. The owner is literally telling us that if we don’t continue paying we will be charged late fees..so he is extorting ... read more
