Wonderful doctor!!!
Annual exam for my 3 year old rescue dog. Got in right away. Structured and efficient exam and conversation. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Medley as she is super "supportive" of Ellie's excited and energetic nature. She is really knowledgeable and makes sure all questions are addressed and responded to. Very pleasurable visit
Receptionist was incredible rude and impatient. I simply had a question and she was rushing me and was completely stand off ish. I don’t know if she had a prior conversation that resulted in her attitude towards me but completely unacceptable. Mid sentence I was interrupted multiple times and was yelled at to hold on, although I couldn’t even get a sentence out calmly. Attitude needs to be better. It got better as call went on but at first, I was completely mistreated.
The people here are very caring and helpful.
