I have been going to Chestnut Animal Hospital for over 20 years and with several pets. Each and every team member there is dedicated to the care and welfare of my pets. From the care given upon my pets' adoptions to their end of life, this team has always given so much care. I highly recommend this office.
I am so grateful for everyone who works at Chestnut! The staff at the desk are so welcoming, so kind to the animals and owners alike. They are so well informed and adept at answering any questions on the phone or in person. The doctors are all so understanding and willing to go the extra mile. I feel like we get the best care at every visit. I cannot speak highly enough of the care we have received at Chestnut. Thank you all for all you do for our 4 legged family members!

I’m actually really sad to write this review. My dog passed away 3 months ago in a very sudden and traumatic way. Being his vet, I called Chestnut Street to let them know what happened. I received a hand written card and grief support emails from his emergency vet/neurologist (Mass Vet in Woburn). And I received nothing from Chestnut Street. Not only that, but the day he died I called and told them and cancelled all future appointments. They called me back 3x that day, harassing me and leaving me a lengthy tone deaf voicemai... read more
