I wrote several yrs ago. Now I’m here going on 20 hrs (one of the first tenants) and it is getting progressively worse. When you come for inspections why don’t you talk to the tenants. I’ll show you around. This place is filthy!! Air vents have never been cleaned, air filters never get changed anymore, trash room you cod scrape the doors with a knife it’s so dirty, I’m here going on 20 yrs and I have never gotten my carpets cleaned or painted! Apartment building has the same furniture in lobby and Community room when place opened 20 years ago. Appliances are fixed not replaced. Residents are friendly.
A lovely place for senior citizens. Location is surrounded by shops, drug store, walking path and a quaint little town. The building itself is well maintained. The community room is spacious and inviting for parties and get togethers. Very pleasant atmosphere.
