My father moved out in July 2023. Today is middle of Nov 2023. The room was all clean out, empty. The security deposit has not been return despite numerous emails, phone calls. Never received any updates. Don't believe Conifer wants to return the deposit.
I wrote several yrs ago. Now I’m here going on 20 hrs (one of the first tenants) and it is getting progressively worse. When you come for inspections why don’t you talk to the tenants. I’ll show you around. This place is filthy!! Air vents have never been cleaned, air filters never get changed anymore, trash room you cod scrape the doors with a knife it’s so dirty, I’m here going on 20 yrs and I have never gotten my carpets cleaned or painted!
