We have been here for over 2 years. Amenities are great as is staff, but if you have a maintenance issue on a weekend do not expect help. Our hot water heater broke and they were made aware of it early saturday morning. Despite the opportunity and availability they would not get a plumber to take care of it, instead stating they can only deal with their contracted plumber who is unavailable.
