Attempted to rent here, but was given different information multiple times that I ended up not renting here. I was denied and then told I wasn't, but then they denied me again. It wasn't until I found another place that they got back to me and let me know I was approved.
Lived there for 20 months and I'll be honest it was rough. It took 3 months for a roach issue to be solved and that happened after I called the city about it. I never called about maintenance because nothing ever gets done when you need it to. The office was never aware of what was going on. Someone put massive holes in the lobby and that took a month or so to fix. No cameras and the lobby doors never locked. Then the residents were horrible. Hazelwood Townhomes is a great community to live in! The kids always have someone to play with. Neighbors are helpful/friendly! Chestnut ridge office are great to work with!
Great and friendly management and have enjoyed living in the townhomes! The only downside is the basketball court in the back. There are constantly kids back there all day and night in large numbers (even after 10PM) so you will not get any privacy what so ever, and most of the kids don’t even live in the complex. On top of that they’re by no means quiet, some even being disrespectful and will yell things at you. That being said, if it weren’t for the basketball court, I would give 5 stars.
