The staff at Chestnut Ridge Apartments are very professional and helpful. They have made the transition from my old place to this one smooth. I have been living here for a year now and I still love living here. They are very responsive to requests and they maintain the property beautifully.
do not move into this complex. we’ve complaining about months and the leasing office hasn’t done nothing. there’s holes all over the units, molds, rat infestations!!!!!!
Tara was extremely helpful and made me comfortable during the process & provided me with a facts, options & great information.
Selena, Tara, and the maintenance crew are fantastic! Very responsive and attentive which is more than I can say for other places I've lived. The location is also perfect and very accessible to metro. The only downfall to this apartment complex is that the roach and mice problem is getting worse. I ended up moving away anyway for school but I hope they can get it under control.
This is my second apartment and I absolutely love it!!! I want to give a shoutout to Mrs.Tara and Ms.Selena for making my move here easy. I want to thank the maintenance crew for being kind, helpful and always there when I need them. I love that the bus stop is right outside the complex and there are a lot of food choices around. Maintenance is fast around here which I love by the way! I’ll update this review July 31st because my opinion has changed.
