I lived there my senior year at Texas State University and loved it! Not a luxury setup, but exactly what I needed. Quiet, safe, and right next to campus, this complex is unbeatable at the asking price. Maintenance was quick to respond to any request, and the location was fantastic. Many times I simply walked to class.
