I have been a Realtor® with Chestnut Park Real Estate Brokerage for 10 years and would highly recommend them if you are a real estate agent that values integrity and professionalism. Their marketing support is first class and the leadership team is progressive and extremely supportive.
The agents who set up the showings are quite unprofessional at this establishment. One of the showings they showed up a couple hours early without notice, then they added an extra showing without telling the seller they were doing so at all! How is a landlord able to give 24 hours notice for a showing if he doesn't even know it is happening!?!? Quite preposterous if you ask me. Your values include professionalism, but I don't get that particular feeling from the agents at Chestnut Park Real Estate. Not one bit.
