I like the people who manage it, but was horribly disappointed when the 'owners' raised the prices A LOT and with no advance notice AT ALL. Very unfriendly thing to do and leaves a bad taste about suggesting to anyone else to use them, and now that the rates are not competative, why would you suggest them anyway. It's not like there is any thing special there... like air conditioning, or even security.
