Best Vet in Hall County and Surrounding Area! I needed a last minute appointment for my 4 year old Yorkie who needed to be seen as soon as possible for a new underlying condition and they were able to fit me in immediately. The receptionist, medical staff, and physician were all wonderful. Very personable and knowledgeable. I even received a call from them 24 Hours later to check to see how my Yorkie was doing. A+++

My sweet Ernie has been taken care of at Chestnut Mountain Animal Hospital by a wonderful staff for about a year. Drs. Haynes and DeLong, and his technican Tammy. They have been there for me in all aspects of Ernies care. We have laughed and cried at times! Whenever I have needed to come in with or without a appointment, they have been there. I can"t forget Susan, she is my new lifelong friend! Great caring facility.

They fired me as a client after I defended myself to the manager who texted me, telling me to “stop being rude to his employees.” regardless if I was rude, does he call every customer and tell them to stop being rude? Not to mention I was only questioning the women who told me they didn’t even carry the product that the manager told me the day before they had. Also said they don’t hold things for clients and it’s first come first serve. Which is an absolute lie. They are extremely shady and didn’t even have the Decency to call me they had to send it on an email after I’ve repeatedly tried to contact them about a prescription and they immediately sent me an email firing me as a client. STAY AWAY! Money hungry.
