I've been going here for almost 2 years and have had no issues with the doctors. Services were appropriate. Today, however, I showed up for my appointment at what I thought was 10 minutes early. I was checked in and asked to sit down. No issues at this point. The hygienist called the receptionist to the back and when she returned I was told that I was late to my appointment and they would not take me today, and I had to reschedule. Don't go here. They will not call insurance to check on coverage! They will lie and give you a "cost plan" sheet or say you're covered but never verify it with insurance (even after I asked them to). So the customer has more out of pocket expenses, it cost me $300. Their explanation is "they don't have enough time to do it"! I've always been to an honest dentist who cares about customer service and verifies coverage.
