I had very good contact with the office at first. I believe the agent’s name was Lindsey. Then, out of nowhere, my application was dropped shortly before she said she’d be following up with me after a week. I politely emailed for help, explaining my frustration after paying the application fee, completing the application, waiting patiently, and then being completely ghosted. I had a very pleasant time staying at Chestnut Hills. Maintenance was always on time and request were processed very quickly. The neighbors and people here are great, and it was a great environment to be in. If you choose to live here, you will enjoy it!
Definitely need central air,New appliance everything is out dated for the price you paying and they went up on the rent I was paying 1,10,00 than they went to 1,60,00..I left you want be getting that kind of money from me,the only good part they kept up the landscaping.
