The community events held at the Chestnut Hill Realty Hancock Village location are always fun, relaxing and a great way to meet and greet our neighbors. The staff go out of their way to provide delicious refreshments, great music and a variety of fun activities. I love living in such a close knit community. 5 stars

Moved in a few months ago and have had a great experience so far! Nikki in management has been wonderful to work with and the maintenance team has been great as well. Justin Jean from maintenance has been so helpful, he fixed the heat in our apartment after hours and also helped out with some malfunctioning fire alarms. Overall great experience!
"Huge thank you to Anthony and Stephanie from Chestnut Hill Realty for their incredible help carrying my heavy packages! Their teamwork and kindness made a big difference. Super grateful for their exceptional service!
We have been a tenant of CHR for 8 years now and I cannot even begin to express our gratitude for their support and partnership. We weathered COVID-19 together and would not be in business today without the support of their team. I have worked closely with Kyetta in the leasing department and she is a caring, warm, responsive, wonderful person- CHR you are lucky to have her. What a wonderful community to be a part of!
