Love the entire staff...Lilly is amazing hygienist... my only iss he is I faxed twice my new insurance card( front and back) and somehow visits were not submitted.. I have fax confirmation sheets so I know they were received.. but now sorry it may be too late to get reimbursement...which I feel is not my fault!!
Going to the dentist is typically not something that people enjoy due to the inconvenience of scheduling, spending hours with your mouth wide open in a chair, etc. Dr. Shake and his assistants made the process as simple and stress-free as ever. I will return in 6 months for another cleaning, this time looking forward to the appointment knowing I am in great hands.
I’ve only been to the office once but I can say I have never had a dental office visit that left me feeling so assured that I was in the best possible hands.

I have been seeing Rod for almost 30 years and he has been a great dentist. He is very professional and he has a wonderful personality that help makes the experience stress free! He has always been extremely accommodating to me when I had a dental situation. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist!

I've been going to the Dental Office at Chestnut Hill for several years, and have never considered a different dentist even after moving further away. This is because my visits are an absolute delight - the team is professional, courteous, and kind. I wish I could get to see Afee, my hygienist, more than twice a year! She is absolutely fantastic.
