I repeat don’t move here unless you be charge extra without your consent. Horrible overall and requesting for maintenance is the worst bc it’s not urgent for them to be able to fix it.

This review is exclusively about the MAINTENANCE team—not the serene complex, wonderful leasing staff, or even my unit, because most issues would be manageable with proper attention. Current resident. I’ve had a work order in since the end of May 2026 to get leaking fixed at my living room window, and it has been non stop raining all August. They forgot my work order existed for 2 months, had the gaul to call me asking if it was fixed yet, and when they attempt to get things scheduled it’s during this nonstop raining. Someone finally came out to my apartment yesterday, “fixed” the problem, and I woke up at 4am to find a large puddle in front of the window again.
