Overall, I enjoyed the 4 years I spent at Chestnut Hill! From the details & recent renovation of my apartment (which went pretty smoothly for me) to the maintenance of the grounds and spaces I frequently used like the workout center. Solid communication with staff. Anytime I needed a repair/upkeep, the Chestnut Hill team dispatched maintenance immediately—sometimes even within the hour of me sending the message. Terrible place to rent. Crime increasing, no respect for privacy. Renovation while in apartment was a nightmare. Contractors left apartment filthy. Left metal shavings in apartment including one in bedroom carpet which i stepped on and it cut my foot. Contractors also left a 5 gallon bucket and a bag of trash in apartment without cleaning up. Unfortunately I have been forced to leave a review at this point and sorry it’s a long one but it’s worth reading if you are wanting to live at Chestnut Hill. I have lived here about 11 months and I’m regretting renewing my lease at this point. The renovation project back in Oct 24 was a nightmare, we weren’t allowed back into our place until 9:30pm that night with no communication. Just renewed my lease I love my apartment, landscaping is on point it’s peaceful and office staff and maintenance is amazing.
